Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

- Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of use.

Process for Returning Products

- Gift Vouchers Refund Policy
Refunds on Gift Vouchers
- Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers for salon services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or credited back to your account.
- Valid Period: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. After the expiration date, they cannot be used, and refunds will not be provided.
- Damaged or Defective Products
